Auto Pause After Certain Amount of Bandwidth Used

Hi all,
I posted a similar post in the "Feature Requests", but what was wondering if someone would be able to offer insight into a solution I could do myself for now if or until it becomes a feature. What I would like, is for Sabnzbd to pause (all processes would be fine) after a certain amount of bandwidth was used. Ideally, this would be a daily or weekly limit, but I would even be happy with a limit for each run time (if that makes sense). With all the great automated programs, I just wish not to use too much bandwidth and get penalized. Thanks for the help!
