RSS Feed Duplicates

Hello. I just recently started using RSS feeds to control and automate most of my downloads but I have a quick question. Sometimes there are multiple releases of a single episode of a TV show (like S04E03 HDTV and S04E03 REPACK HDTV etc.) I was wondering if anyone knew of any easy way to prevent both from being queued to download? I could easily just manually remove them but it would be a lot nicer if there was some magical way to stop that. Thanks for any help.
