minor household stuff (0.4.0 beta 2)

- Beta 2 contains interfaces/smpl/templates/static/images/Crystal-licence.txt, which holds licensing information for the 32px-Crystal_Clear_action_stop.png image. A license for this file already exists in interfaces/smpl/License-Crystal.txt. Please remove the redundant one.
- Has the wiki been permanently moved to wikidot? never mind this one - an appointment with my optician has already been scheduled
