Do you see any warning or error messages?
Isn't SABnzbd in paused mode?

Re: SABnzbd doesnt download
Did you setup a Usenet server in Config->Servers.
Is at least one server "enabled"?
Did you try the "Test" button?

Re: SABnzbd doesnt download
Please email your sabnzbd.ini file to bugs at sabnzbd.org
Make sure you replace all passwords with a dummy text first.
Also make absolutely sure that your firewall software isn't
blocking SABnzbd. Which firewall do you use?

Re: SABnzbd doesnt download
Try turning off the SPI firewall in your router. I've noticed alot of similar problems seem to stem from router firewalls.
You might need to reboot your router after doing so as it might have temporarily blocked your computer.
The logs should tell you either way.

Re: SABnzbd doesnt download
The problem could be any of the things raised here, but I have recently been experiencing similar problems and reading these posts just now I happened to work out what's wrong in my case.
When nzb files are added into the queue *by RSS* they don't download, and in fact mess up the rest of the queue. I've recently started trying to use a feed from nzbs.org and while it adds the filename to the list neatly enough it doesn't seem to pick up any of the other download details. For each entry it shows "0MB 0 left". These are seem to be the things which stop my server from connecting to Usenet. If I add the files to my queue manually, everything's fine.
Anyway, knowing this (and so avoiding RSS) seems to have solved the problem peculiar to me. Hope it helps.
