Sabnzbd stalling on downloads, screenshot and log inside.

Hi
Ive been using this program for a while now and im really happy with it.
When thats said i have a problem which ive had through a few versions. This problem is not unique to me as i got a friend, whom i introduced to the program and to usenet, which is experiencing the same issue.
Some times Sabnzbd will stop downloading a file. The download speed will go down to 0kbs and it will just stay there, not moving on to the next item in the queue or anything.
It usually happens towards the end of the download, but i have seen cases where it has happened earlier.
Pausing/resuming the download does nothing for this. Moving it does nothing (except that it will start to download the item on the top of the queue after you move the stalled one)
Version: 0.5.3
OS: Windows 7 x64 pro
Install-type: Windows Installer
Skin (if applicable): Plush
Firewall Software: None, Windows firewall disabled. Router firewall disabled.
Are you using IPV6? No
Is the issue reproducible? Yes and no. I cant do it on purpose but it happens semi-regularly.
Below is a screenshot of several files that are stalled.
Note that this queue was around 80-90gb when it started downloading, i suspect this MIGHT have something to do with the issue due to what ive seen in the past but i have no idea.
Also node that ive manually moved around on the queue and thats why there is two almost finished items aswell as a third and fourth one thats started.
If i hadnt touched the queue it would have just been the first file that was started, the others would be at 0%.
I proceeded to adding the nzb for the first file in grabit and it had no problems whatsoever in downloading it. I have done this in the past as well and there has never been problems with the files..
