I have a few shows pulling via RSS feeds from NZBs.org (most shows are via Sickbeard now). When ever a "hit" is found, it dloads the NZB but it is 0KB in size in the queue. Nothing dloads.

Dunno what the problem is.

You are getting empty NZB files.
There's a bug in SABnzbd which prevents empty NZB from being removed
from the queue.
Since there are no articles to download, the trigger from the last article
never comes. Will be solved later.
Concentrate on finding out why you are getting invalid NZB files from nzbs.org

Well that's the problem... Its only via the RSS feeds that I get empty nzbs.
Sickbeard or manual dload gets perfectly fine nzbs from nzbs.org just fine.

There may be a bug in SABnzbd which results in getting empty NZBs because
SABnzbd interprets info from nzbs.org wrong.
Can you check the log file for suspicious messages?

Just had this happen again.
RSS picked up several new DVDrips from the nzbs.org RSS feed. All of them were loaded at 0Kb
Not sure what log you want information from, or where best to access it.

The "Connections" page in SABnzbd has a link to get it.
Otherwise look in Config->Folders and see where the log is located.
By default on Windows Vista/7 in: c:\Users\user\AppData\Local\sabnzbd\logs

Don't you see warnings in the UI?

yeah that is where I initially looked.
I didn't see anything in there except for the article missing information:

I just added another random show that was in the RSS, forced the RSS feed to search/dload and it added the show at 0KB again.
I looked in the log...

nzbs.org requires login credentials.
Did you follow these instructions?
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/nzb-sources

Info for nzbs.org:

The RSS URL for NZBs.org needs authentication data.
First you need to register with the site.
Then follow these instructions.
Example: http://www.nzbs.org/rss.php?action=myse ... i=&h=&dl=1
Both the i and h values are required and account-specific.

And on nzbs.org itself:
http://nzbs.org/index.php?action=rss

The &dl=1 part is a must too.
