If I for example add a nzb file by url via the api, i can select a post-processing script in the directory that sab uses for scripts. But I also want the ability to add a url to a script. It would be nice.

In that case it does not need to be an url it can be an uri to.

What do you mean by "Many scripts need to be configured for the system they are running on."? What does that have to do with SAB? I can not see where SAB need to be concerned about that. If a script is unavailable do nothing. Is that realy hard to achieve?

I want this functionality to make it easier to avoid to monitor the history to find out when a download is complete, and where the files are.

Can you explain this in more detail?
Do you want to upload a script?

No not upload the script but when i upload or add a nzb file with the api. I want to run a post-processing script outside the directory you set in config/folder page in sab. I do not know how to explain it in more detail. This is hard for me, I'm Swedish so English is not my native language.

I understand (well at least I think I do).
This is something we will not implement.
It could be a serious security vulnerability.
It would open the possibility to run any program on the system.
