Mask Sabnzbd from ISP

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is a way to mask sabnzbd downloads from your ISP. I am on virgin and I would like to bypass the traffic management system they have but also just because it is more secure for people not to know i am using usernet. Is there anything i can do to mask the fact i am using usernet like you can do with bit torrent using a proxy server.

Virgin's traffic management is based on how much you download, not where you download it from.
So it doesn't matter if you mask your downloads by using a VPN or something simular, once you reach that level, you'll be 'managed'

One way is to configure SAB up to only download during the 'free for all' time periods. ie don't download between 9am - 9pm

Keep your connection to the Usenet Servers encrypted with SSL if you have that option, at least they wont be able to see what your downloading, only from where its coming.

Use the scheduler.
Config->Scheduler.
Program a Resume at 21:00 (daily) and a Pause at 09:00 (daily).
