Python going into D 'uninterruptible sleep' mode

Post by psikoh »

As the subject says, overnight the python process will go into D uninterruptible sleep mode and I have to restart the box to kill it. How can I determine what is causing it to do this?

Device: Dlink DNS-323
OS: Debian Lenny
Python Ver: 2.5 (lenny stable)

I have SSL turned off, but the packages are installed. SickBeard is also installed and running, this does not go into sleep mode and works fine even when the sab process has hung.

Any ideas?

Have you looked in SABnzbd's log file?
(See Connections page).
