verifying failed, auto download of extra pars began and i can't pause sabnzbd

sabnzbd 0.56 plush on xp

btw attachments are broken on forum:
An Error Has Occurred!
Cannot access attachments upload path!

That's right, downloading extra par files has the highest priority, that ignores pause.

We recently changed servers and still have some minor issues.
