Connection Crawl

Current running sabnzbd on Win 7 64 bit. I have Comcast with 30 meg connection. I'm routinely only able to download at max 2.5 to 3 but I don't think that's a Sab problem as it's the same with Grabit. The real problem is that when I'm downloading it turns all my internet traffic to a crawl, most websites won't load or the timeout if they do load things like pictures might be missing. I tried the same with Grabit and this does not happen, is there something I setup wrong?

Figured out the slow connection, guess I was maxing out my bandwidth and had to limit it.

Then you probably don't have a 30mb connection. It sounds like it's 3.0mb. There's no way to max out 30mb to the point where you can't even open a website.

ISP spec their connections in Mbit/sec.
SABnzbd reports the speed in MByte/sec.
30 Mbit/sec translates to a maximum of about 3.1 MByte/sec.
So you are near the maximum of your speed,
leaving little room for other traffic.
Be aware that ISP rates are never guaranteed rates.
Perhaps you can tell your router to give Usenet traffic lower priority.
