I'd like the abillity to rename items (NZB's) in the download queue. I often download NZB's with unclear names. Firefox doesn't let you rename a file when downloading it unless you use "save link as" which requires an additional right click on the download link. Some sites however, newzleech.com for example, require you to click a button to download NZB's, you can't use "save link as" on a button.

This is something that may appear in 0.5. No promises though.
