Issue with Send to SABnzbd button

Hello, I just started using newsgroups a few months ago. I have always hit the send to Sabnzbd button and my download would start automatically. However, the past few weeks it has not been working. Now I have to d/l by either downloading the zip or going into NZB file details and download the file that way. This problem occurs on both nzbmatrix and nzbsrus. How can I fix this? This had happened to me before and the problem seemed to resolve itself after a few days, but not this time. Any help would be appreciated.

SABnzbd doesn't have a "Send" button.
You must be using a third-party browser plugin.
Please, check which one, lookup the author and report this to him/her.

Yeah, which extension? If you're using SABConnect in Chrome, switch to
SABConnect++ as recommended on the sabnzbd.org mainpage.

I'm using SABconnect++. I have uninstalled it and installed it back but still nothing.

I had that problem once... the sabconnect++ extension bugged out and would no longer 'send'.
Wish I could remember for sure how I fixed it.
- try resetting the api key in sabnzbd, then copy it into sabconnect
- maybe try a different port?
- update chrome?

In case this is an issue for others (In my case using the SABCONNECT++ chrome plugin stopped working)
1) Ensure SABNZB is set to allow API access in settings
2) SABCOnnect has the correct API key
3) The router is set to port forward the SABNZB port correctly
4) Most Important: Add any external FQDN to the SABNZB SPECIAL page in HOST WITELIST
