Empty queue before upgrading to 0.4.0Beta4

A queue incompatibility slipped into Beta4.
This means that you cannot re-use an existing queue.
SABnzbd should have warned you about this, but we failed to
to increase the internal queue version number.
You need to finish the queue with Beta2 or start Beta4 with the --clean
parameter and re-enter your jobs.
