You could start by reading the Wiki site, like click on SABnzbd's Help button.

1. Yes
2. Not sure, my co-author is working on this now.
3.1 Create a user-script, can be a simple Windows .bat or .cmd file or a Linux shell script
3.2 See 3.1

Read up on user defined categories. When coupled to newzbin's categories, it allow fine control
over where things are stored.

it contains a nzb and nfo file
als .rar files don't auto unrar (only a nzb file inside)

Only ZIP files containing nothing but NZB files will be handled.
The NFO file will make SABnzbd refuse the ZIP.

This is to prevent SABnzbd from trying to extract an NZB from just any ZIP file.

RAR files are not supported for the blackhole.
The reason is that we can only unrar by using an external program and that is
just to costly to do for the blackhole.

As for question #2. You can use the categories to assign a TV file to a certain download location.

Does NZBMATRIX always/usually/often give you a ZIP file with an NZB and an NFO file?
I found out that they do.

It is of course possible to make an exception to the NZB-only rule.
Beta5 will support these ZIP files.
