Probably pebkac, but files keep being deleted after I download them!

The .rar files I'm trying to download are a few replacement files for some broken ones from a previous download. At the moment I am having to copy them to a new folder before they vanish. Great fun :p

Edit: is this the problem?...

If you want to keep the files, don't use the +Delete setting.
Instead use just "Download".

Shouldn't files only be deleted after successful extraction?

Depends, how is your "post-process only verified job setting"?
Also, if unrar decides there's nothing to unpack, there's no error and the files are deleted.

Maybe there are some very specific scenarios that are oddly dealt with.
I'd need to have more concrete info.

"Post-Process Only Verified Jobs" is checked.

I tried grabbing only a few files from another download, and the same thing happens.

How can I change this "nothing to unpack" behaviour? I'm not sure I understand why it would do that.

The behavior can be changed by selecting "Download" instead of "+Delete" as job attribute.
I'll check what explains the behavior.
