I'm guessing its a password security feature rather than a bug, but the behavior seems unexpected. When you modify the host of an existing server, if the host differs from the "name", you must enter the server password (in a plain text field) to test the connection; otherwise, an error box pops up stating "Password masked in *******, please re-enter". Even after once correctly entering the password again and saving, you are still required to enter it again to test the connection. Also, after changing the host and saving, the password value was never masked in the config file.
Note the server with which I was testing existed in the previous version before updating to 0.6.0.
I'm more than happy to provide additional details if needed.

Wow, subtle error.
It will always occur when the name and the host don't match.
