plush side-by-side view

Just upgraded to the new beta. I like the look/feel of plush, but I would really like a side-by-side view (downloads on left, history on right) instead of top/bottom display.
With the top/bottom set up, on my large widescreen monitor, either the entries are too long with big spaces in them or if I reduce container width, there's a lot of empty space on left and right.
Any plans to do this (or is there an option to do it already that I missed)?
