Unable to limit download speed in Google Chrome

Whenever you hover over the download speed to limit it, the box disappears when you hover over to click and type in the speed you want to limit it to. Very frustrating, and the only option is to use another browser.
Google Chrome v9.0.597.107
edit: tabbing 5 or so times brings the cursor to the dialog box and allows you to enter in a speed limit... still needs to be fixed, though.

Hahaha, funny. Me too! (Chromium 9.0.597.94 (73967) Ubuntu 10.10). As soon as the mouse pointer reaches the white fill-out space, the window is gone.
I believe the SAB-devs don't bother too much about Chrome behaviour as Chrome's behaviour seems to change too often.
FWIW: I would think these GUI problems are in jQuery. If so, it's not a SAB problem, but a jQuery problem.

I've seen this mentioned in another thread as something which will be addressed in an upcoming release.
In the meantime, you can still set the speed limit if you're just a little bit careful with your mouse movement. The trick is to just move the mouse straight down once you've click the little arrow. Once your cursor is in the main popout menu, you can move around normally without the box disappearing.

Hi guys,
I've just upgraded to 0.6.0 Beta3 and it looks like this has also been resolved.
Happy upgrading!

I downloaded Beta 3 (src.tgz), and it behaves different, but I still can't enter any numbers

You got the wrong one.
Use SABnzbd-0.6.0Beta3-src.tar.gz and not the OSX source version.

Shypike, I think you replied to my old post (complaining about the non-naming in the tgz, indeed because I had downloaded the osx-version), but you quoted my post I had edited after finding out my mistake?

Chrome9 still has the problem.
I'm afraid we're giving up on Chrome9.
None of the other browsers has this issue, not even Chome10.

I'm noW on Chromium 10.0.648.127 (76697) Ubuntu 10.10 (beta channel), and I can indeed set the speed.
So Chrome 10 is supported?
