Hello,
When i download studd, it eventually goes into the folder "complete".
From the 15 movies i download, just one is actally a movie in the "complete" folder.
All others have folders of the movie name, but are empty.
They are downloaded, and of some i get an Emal download went allright.
For instance this one:
Hi,
SABnzbd has downloaded "Blazing Saddles (1974)"
Finished at 2011-03-11 20:30:47
Downloaded 907 MB
Results of the job:
Stage stage-download
Downloaded in 2 minutes 32 seconds at an average of 6.0 MB/s
Stage stage-repair
[blazing756saddles] Verified in 9 seconds, all files correct
Stage stage-unpack
[blazing756saddles] Unpacked 3 files/folders in 10 seconds
Enjoy!
But: the folder in the "complete" folder, is totally empty!
i'm sure there's something that i overlook, but what is it?
Any help highly appreciated, thank you.
ps. SAb 6 is installed on my Qnap 809 pro.

Where does the history say it has stored the data? (click on the title)
Be aware that NAS internal and external paths are different.
SABnzbd will show the internal path, it doesn't know the mapping to external paths.

Re: most downloads (95%) completed, but empty??
The file shows it's stored in the "complete"folder.
funny thing is, when i use the file explorer op the Qnap Nas, it shows the movie files are there.
When i browse my network to that folder, my pc tells me its empty.
When i move the movie to a more direct accessible folder, same thing: web file explorer says its there, pc tells me its empty.
Even when i make the folder guest accessible, it doesn't show with the pc.
I can see though that the file properties have different rights as the folders that i do see.
I think its a rights thing, but it seems unlogical to me that i can access a folder, but not see the content of it. Its more logical to have folder access blocked when i havn't got unsufficient rights...
any light on this one?
thnx.

Re: most downloads (95%) completed, but empty??
ps.
i see the rights have a code 644.
on a other shared map with some music, i see 766 as a right.
any use on this?
When i relocate the folder where the complete downloads must be stored, it stores the movie there allright, but i don't have sufficient rights to access this folder, andwhen my mouse goes over the folder, its identified as an empty folder.
there seems to be a rights problem that is given with the downloaded file????

SABnzbd has support to set the access rights of the resulting files to a known value.
See Config->General.
