[solved][6.0.4 ubuntu] UNRAR version is not recommended, get it from ...

I am not sure if this is a ubuntu issue or beta issue, or I just dont know what I am doing issue, but I am getting this warning message
"UNRAR version is not recommended, get it from http://www.rarlab.com/rar_add.htm"
While I am getting the binary, when files copy over it looks like it is not cleaning up the RAR files so what gets copied over is the files plus all the rar files.
btw rarlab.com site looks to be down and the google cached page didn't show a ubuntu version anyways.
I am assuming that the reason I am getting all the rar files are getting copied is for some reason they are not getting deleted post processing and I am assuming that is related to the warning message.
This is my first ubuntu install of sabnzbd, I have been running sab under windows for now, but I wanted to move it over to a linux box, so I am a little green on sab/linux install issue experience.
Thanks for the help in advance.
This was installed on a fresh 10.10 ubuntu, with the new 6.0.4 sabnzbd. I followed this instructions that were in the install file in with the beta release, btw I did have an other issue with installing the beta, and that was par2 was missing and I had to install that as well to fix another problem where sabnzbd couldn't find par2.
