I am a newbie. Where can I find the windows service manager? I tried a program called srvman.exe (http://tools.sysprogs.org/srvman/) but it doesn't look like the image in the guide how to install SABnzbd on WHS.

If you're unfamiliar with Windows Services, I'm not sure if you should try this at all.

Windows Service Manager is a standard Windows component.
The easiest way to start it is:
WindowsKey R
services.msc
Enter
