0.6.0 license stuff

Couple of questions, nothing serious, mostly stuff in the need of cleanup.
  • tools/msgfmt.py: licenses/License-msgfmt.txt states it is covered by the 'general Python license'. At http://docs.python.org/license.html current and historic licenses for Python are listed. Assuming it's under PSF license agreement, it looks like the second clause demands the license text must be included with the file. Add the PSF text to licenses/License-msgfmt.txt?
  • interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions (c) swedberg for jQuery FlipTip, but can't find that anywhere;
  • interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions templates/static/images/plush-default/sprite-config.png but no such file;
  • interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions templates/static/images/plush-default/colorbox-*.png (idem);
  • interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: nuvola images still present somewhere?
  • interfaces/Plush/templates/static/stylesheets/jqueryui/overcast/images/*: all in-house productions?
  • Same for interfaces/Plush/templates/static/stylesheets/colorschemes/gold/images/nav/*

I'm not sure whether msgfmt.py should be in the distribution,
since the tar.gz also contains the compiled MO files.

The rest I will check.

If msgfmt.py were to go, please make sure tools/make_mo.py still works (with system msgfmt). Otherwise it becomes alot harder to regenerate the translations, possibly relevant for translators and more or less guaranteed extra work on my end, i.e. for patching to prevent having to install the precompiled binary .mo files onto systems.

tools/msgfmt.py: licenses/License-msgfmt.txt states it is covered by the 'general Python license'. Python license added.
interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions (c) swedberg for jQuery FlipTip, but can't find that anywhere; text removed
interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions templates/static/images/plush-default/sprite-config.png but no such file; path corrected
interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: mentions templates/static/images/plush-default/colorbox-*.png (idem); path corrected
interfaces/Plush/README.TXT: nuvola images still present somewhere? Probably in sprite-config.png, better safe than sorry  :)
interfaces/Plush/templates/static/stylesheets/jqueryui/overcast/images/*: all in-house productions? No, they come from jQuery  UI (covered by the general jQueryUI remark)
Same for interfaces/Plush/templates/static/stylesheets/colorschemes/gold/images/nav/* Most are from us, the rest is so generic that original authorship cannot established
