I subscribe to a number of feeds and the quality of the content is lacking.

I review all of the items in the queue before downloading them but often forget to "pause the queue" again later on.

This leads to unwanted downloads from the feeds.

Could you add a "On queue finish: Pause SABnzbd" option to the dropdown on the Queue tab?

If you upgrade to release 0.6.0RC2, you can set the
pseudo-priority "paused" for all jobs coming from an RSS feed.
