Quickly change bandwidth limiter from Queue page

It would be very handy to be able to quickly change the bandwidth limiter from directly on the Queue page.  There are times when I need to pull back on the speed reigns a bit for a short period of time, and it's a pain having to dive into the settings to do this.

Thanks, and keep up the great work!!

I constantly have to go into settings to change this.

I'd like to keep this FR rolling for a commit to the Default template as well (that is the template I use, I have tried to like Plush, but I can't seem to make myself like it).  Thanks!! :)

Ok, added for Default skin (queue page only) and smpl (left sidebar).

It is simply an editable text box containing the current value. A drop-down or slider is too complex due to different maximum speeds of peoples connections and doesn't allow for specific values to be entered.

I may also add a checkbox to easily toggle the speed limit on and off, however I need to work out all of the details. Eg, Keeping the on/off value between sabnzbd shut-downs could cause confusion.

That is pretty much exactly what I was looking for, adding the option/function that exists in the Config page to the Queue page (basically just being able to control that bandwidth setting from either the Config page or the Queue page).
