Under General folder config I have completed downloads sent to folder x which is TV shows folder receiving input from Sickbeard that's running user scripts from tutorial I found. Those work fine.

Now I want completed movies to be directed to a different folder. I thought all I needed to do was specify the path under categories/movies but doesn't seem to work. Everything is being directed to my TV shows folder.

Do I need to run some kind of user script for movies of which I have no idea how to do?!!

Thanks much

Does SickBeard supply the movie NZBs too?
Probably not.
SickBeard works by running their script as a post processing script.
You have to make sure that it isn't run for movies.
You can do that by using different categories for TV and movies.

No, not a Sickbeard issue I don't think since I am manually adding movies through Newzbin to SAB.

I have specified a different path/folder  for movies in SAB categories yet all are being ignored and sent to the folder I chose in the General config for completed downloads.

From your reply I am assuming that this should indeed work without running a script? any thoughts on ways to troubleshoot this? Thanks

You set a user script per category.
How do you tell SABnzbd that a particular NZB should be in Movie category?
