Had a couple of posts that weren't finishing, and the speed had dropped almost to 0. The only server with the missing segments had the SSL on. After only disabling the SSL, the post was able to finish at full bw.

What OS do you use?

This only happened with a few posts, so that is why at first didn't thought it was the SSL.. Most posts worked fine. Having gone from b4 to RC2 didn't fix this. I am running osx.boiboite.net release for os x.

Just tried RC5, and found that there is still a problem dl with ssl. The speed went down to about 15 kb/s

The server you have SSL enabled for does support SSL doesn't it?

It does, and even changed the port number to their ssl port.

SSL is still misbehaving on 0.4.3. Don't know whether it was that the posts I was trying to dl had problems, but sab couldn't connect to the servers. Even tried to put on ssl and non-ssl servers. Unfortunately sab could establish a connection until there were only non-ssl servers. However, it was until this post that SSL had been working great, and even at full speed.
