Why is sabnzbd sending so much data when downloading?

Why is sabnzbd sending so much data when downloading?

When I'm downloading it's also uploading about 30-40 kB/s. Why is that?

Well, since the Usenet server isn't capable of ESP,
SABnzbd has to ask it to send articles.
So it sending messages like:
gimme badassverylongmessageid@4523467235476234
