Is this multiple NIC/ISP configuration possible?

One of my computer’s setup consists of:
NIC A connected to ISP A, connected to a newsgroup server via SABnzb through SSL (on port 563).
NIC B delivering content locally through a router, which is connected to ISP B.
I'd like to keep my ISP A connection saturated but of course web browsing on that PC suffers. Is it possible to make it so that web browsing (and I guess any other non SABnzb-related ports) pull from ISP B through the router but leave alone the NIC A connection to ISP A?
Running Ubuntu 10.4 for what it’s worth.
Thanks in advance
