sabnzbd GUI opens by itself with two accounts

Hi, I have two accounts in Windows 7 - an admin and a standard user. If I am logged into one account and then log into the other account, the firefox browser will automatically open and display the sabnzbd gui http://localhost:8080 ("Go to a Web page" in address bar).
Why would this happen?

Because you told at installation time to run SABnzbd at login.

Yes, I did tell sabnzd to run at startup when I installed it, but I thought it would run "hidden" as I have launch browser at startup option unchecked . I have checked the shortcut to sabnzbd in each account's startup folder and the -b0 switch is present for each shortcut ( I copied over the shortcut from one account to the other after I installed sabnzbd) so I still don't understand why the browser would run unasked at log in. From your reply and reading the wiki and seeing that run at startup means run at each login, perhaps because sabnzbd.exe is already running in one account and asking it to run again when logging into the other account, causes an error?
Anyhow, I have fixed this problem. The browser no longer opens unasked as I have installed sabnzbd as a service (and deleted the shortcuts in each startup folder).
Thanks.

When an instance of SABnzbd is already running, the second instance will just
launch the browser pointing to SABnzbd and subsequently exit.
The -b0 parameter is ignored in this case, because otherwise you wouldn't have any feedback.
The implementation of start-at-login isn't great.
