sabnzbd running cpu on windows at 25%

Just curious what the normal cpu should be for sab when it's busy downloading, or even paused.

I noticed that my web gui was very slow a couple days ago. So I rdp into my server (2008) and checked the process, and sab was running at 25% on a quad core setup. And consuming 150mb of memory and growing. This is with sab paused and not doing anything.

So I killed the process and started it again, with the same results.

Saw there was an upgrade so did that and now at 0.6.8. Same results.

If this is normal not a biggie... but the slow gui is getting really hard to work with. Take a min or so for each click to register.

Sickbeard and Couchpotato are on the same server and don't have this issue. So seems local to sab.

Any advise would be great.

Thanks

SABnzbd should not be using much CPU when paused.
Do you use some third-party utility that interfaces with SABnzbd's API?

The only things I have that interface with sab are nzbstatus in FF ans sabconnect++ in chrome (chrome not used all that much).

And Sickbeard and Couchpotato.

Other than those, just me hitting the gui from time to time

Too add to this, my queue is now empty and sab is idle. CPU is around 12-19% and gui is very fast and responsive.
I've had my queue working before and the gui not having this issue.

I've disabled nzbstatus to see if that makes a difference.
