Permissions issue with WHS install

Ok so followed instructions on how to install on WHS (
http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/how-to-install-on-whs), but I am experiencing permision issues with the resultant downloaded files.
Strange thing is I can delete the files but I cannot open them? (File Access Denied) from a pc connected on the network. The User Access is set to 'Full' for Guest account on the WHS share
Any ideas?
BTW: Just noticed I had not not set the following setting correctly, it was still enabled. Hopefuly this is the problem.
Extra precautions
WHS has problems with SABnzbd's habit of renaming the final destination folders.
This is probably caused by WHS's drive extender software.
It's advisable to disable the folder renaming function in Config->Switches.
[UPDATE] This did not solve the issue

Under which account do you run SABnzbd?
Do you use \\server\share notation for the final folders?
Are you sure the access rights for the external users are ok?

Administrator account is used to rnu sabnzbd
No, could this be the issue? I used local folder convensions such as d:/shares/Download/Completed & d:/shares/Videos/Movies (catagories) - Ill try the \\server\share notation. - Cheers
The shares which downloads are decompressed to are guest shares

You MUST use the \\server\share notation for the final folders.
Otherwise the WHS drive extender will fail to do its work properly.

Thanks for this, just done a quick test and that seems to be the problem. Strange that I user the same notation (ie d:\) on other catagories and they worked ok. It may be a worthy addition the to 'Installation on a Windows Home Server' page, how would I request this?
Will using the d:\ notation in the past have caused any drive extender issues that i need to look into?

All temporary folders should be on the D: drive, outside of any shared folders.
Just create something like d:\usenet on the D: drive.
Here all folders, except those that need to be externally accessible, will be created.
Folders like "Watched folder" and all Category folders should be on shares and you must tell
SABnzbd to use UNC paths like \\whs\Videos.
It's already in the instructions.
I don't know if anything is damaged in your WHS file system.
Anything you cannot properly see you should move from the d:\... location to a \\server\share location.
You'll need to do that from the WHS with a remote desktop session.
