Trying to update SABNZBD+ on mac Lion

I download the new version, but when I try to move it into the Applications folder, I get:

"The operation can’t be completed because the item “SABnzbd+” is in use."

How do I stop it from running? I've closed the tab on the browser, but that didn't work.

on the right top of the page click on options. Then shutdown from there.
