I'm switching from my Torrent setup with Transmission and tvnamer to NZB with SickBeard and SABnzbd+, but noticed couple of naming issues I am not sure how to resolve.
I had to add some naming exceptions to tvnamer script for the following shows, so they get re-named correctly:
The.Office -> The Office (US)
Up.All.Night.2010 -> Up All Night
Up.All.Night.2011 -> Up All Night
But now, with SABnzbd+ (i let it do renaming instead of SickBeard, because SickBeard does not support my "Show Name.S01E02.ext" naming convention)
I am facing the same problem, where "Up All Night" ends up being "Up All Night 2010" or "Up All Night 2011" and "The Office (US)" ands up being "The Office".
Is there any way to configure naming exceptions in SABnzbd+, or should I just use my tvnamer script for post-processing?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

SABnzbd renaming is limited.
Check the legend on Config->Sorting what it can and cannot do.
