sabnzbd-0.6.14 port 9090 changed?

Installed 0.6.14 coming from 0.6.9
Could not connect with my browser (no errors, just sat there trying to connect), so after reading a few posts I reverted to previous releases, still no joy.
Having a poke around, I wondered what SABnzbd-console.exe was. Still not exactly sure what it does, but it does open a browser tab/window, pointing to https://localhost:9095/sabnzbd/
This allowed me to see the port that sab is now listening on is 8080 rather than the previous 9090 that my book mark was pointing to (https://192.168.1.3:9090/sabnzbd/)
Connecting to https://192.168.1.3:8080/sabnzbd/ from another machine worked for a moment, but on the local machine, it would give me this error...
Anyway... I then notice that the HTTPS port is (now?) 9095, so I have changed my bookmark to that, and all is well with the world once again
Not sure wtf just happened tbh, but something changed and it stopped working the way it used to.

Maybe I used http, rather than https when it worked temporally on the other machine? An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.3:8080.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
