Really need help SABnzdb and Sickbeard.. post proc!

Hi pplz.. Im trying REALLY hard to do this but failing badly!

Heres where im at:
I have a NZmatrix accoutn with API
i ahve SABnzdb
I ahve Sickbeard..

Im downloading everything to
D:\Vids For Poppy\
Post proc = E:\Program Files\Sickbeard\autoProcessTV

cfg file =
[SickBeard]
host=localhost
port=8081
username=
password=
web_root=

Catagories:
TV - priority=normal,
process = default,
script = sabtosickbeard.exe
folder = TV
group = TV

In sickbeard I have added the API.
in post Proc TV download dir is empty,
renanme episode is checked.

Im getting this error in SAB

You're trying to post process an episode that's already been moved to its show dir"

I know i must be doing something wrong but im really stumped! Any help would be really really really appreciated!

In order to use sickbeard's postprocessing, you must download your episodes in a temporary directory.
Setup a different category for sickbeard's downloads, using a different folder.
Only then will the postprocess script rename and move the files to the show directory.
