Is there definitive source of docs for the api?

I'm getting a little confused at to what is being returned for each value, for example diskspace1 and diskspace2 - the wiki doesn't explain each value

Also - is kbpersec "Download speed"?

also - can I get the download speed in bits or bytes?

It's KiloBytes per second.
