I'd say it's a problem with Astraweb itself.
There's only one way to find out for sure: try an alternative program, e.g. Grabit.

Thx. My account says Active, and was charged on the 7th of Dec, but they said they changed billing processing and I recently changed cc numbers. I guess I will wait to hear back from them and try your suggestion on Grabit.

It finally just started working. I guess Astraweb was having issues.
